Obama Admin… say they have been working since ‘day one’….Why didn’t you begin to organize”-on day one”-plenty of  ships old or new and lots of booms to surround the spill and keep it contained…. and especially be ready if it got out of hand….you and Michelle busy with dinner plans the last several weeks.
